Role Summary
Location: Florida or Atlanta, Georgia
Remote
Full-time
We are seeking an accomplished B2B Marketing Manager to own and drive the entire marketing funnel for our North America SMB business, with a primary focus on acquisition, lead generation, sales alignment, and performance reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact, helping to build our business at the crossroads of Fintech and Workforce Management—combining the energy and agility of a startup with the resources of a public company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead hands-on execution and optimization of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta paid media campaigns for B2B lead generation - from initial research and creative development to daily management and reporting.
- Design, manage, and optimize the entire customer journey: ad → landing page → forms and tagging → marketing automation workflows → SDR cadences → sales handoff.
- Collaborate closely with SDR and AE teams to define MQL/SQL criteria, lead routing rules, and service level agreements, ensuring seamless sales handoff and alignment.
- Develop and refine email nurture programs and outbound sequences, connecting paid, email, and SDR touchpoints to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze key pipeline metrics (MQLs, opportunities, CAC/CPA), continuously testing creatives, offers, and audiences to improve ROI.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to solve technical challenges related to marketing automation, CRM integration, lead scoring, UTM/tagging, and funnel analytics.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with proven expertise in end-to-end management of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta paid campaigns (planning, building, optimizing, and reporting).
- Strong background in marketing operations—including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, lead scoring, UTM/tagging, and funnel analytics—with a collaborative approach to technical problem-solving.
- Demonstrated success in running demand generation programs closely aligned with SDR/AE teams, including defining MQL/SQL rules, managing lead routing, and upholding SLAs.
- Experience with outbound or ABM strategies, such as building SDR sequences/cadences, account segmentation, and integrating paid, email, and SDR outreach.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of US SMB.
If you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and are passionate about building high-impact marketing programs, we’d love to hear from you!
