We publish resources and provide training for professionals in corporate, internal, and employee communications. Lawrence Ragan founded our company in Chicago in 1970. His son Mark Ragan led the company until Diane Schwartz became CEO in 2019. We also run a job board for the communications and marketing sector, and offer executive memberships for our Communications Leadership Council and the Center for AI Strategy.
