We’re looking for a Workplace Operations Manager who can elevate the office beyond day‑to‑day operations and turn it into a modern, high‑performing workspace that employees genuinely want to come to. In this role, you will lead the Office Management team, optimize operational processes, and create a seamless, productive environment that supports hybrid work. You’ll blend operational excellence with employee‑experience thinking—managing vendors, improving space utilization, and ensuring every aspect of the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. If you thrive on making complex operations simple, anticipate needs before they arise, and want to shape a workplace that enhances collaboration and performance, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead daily operations: Manage the Office Management team and ensure all aspects of facilities, supplies, and employee amenities run seamlessly.
  • Optimize space: Use data to drive smart decisions on space utilization that reflect hybrid work realities.
  • Oversee vendors: Manage third-party partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline.
  • Elevate the experience: Create an environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Solve problems quickly: Address operational issues as they arise and implement long-term solutions.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment.
  • People Management: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex data analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Communication: Native-level Hebrew and full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
