About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing US-based B2B data company serving enterprise clients. They provide actionable data insights to help businesses drive growth and improve decision-making. The marketing team operates at the intersection of content creation, campaign execution, and strategic communications, enabling the company to scale efficiently.
Role Overview
The Marketing Project Coordinator is the operational backbone of the marketing team, responsible for ensuring that campaigns, content, and initiatives run smoothly from planning to execution. You will own timelines, coordinate agencies and freelancers, manage deliverables, and maintain workflow consistency, allowing leadership to focus on high-level strategy. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building repeatable systems, and takes ownership of end-to-end marketing operations.
Your Impact
- Ensure marketing campaigns and content initiatives are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Improve operational efficiency by creating repeatable workflows and checklists.
- Maintain alignment across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
- Contribute to overall marketing effectiveness by tracking timelines, flagging risks, and proactively resolving delays.
- Support measurable outcomes, including timely content publication, campaign execution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Project Management – 40%
- Own and maintain the master content calendar for blogs, LinkedIn, video, guides, and other formats.
- Track timelines and milestones across campaigns and content initiatives.
- Build repeatable checklists and workflows for recurring content types.
- Identify risks early and proactively mitigate delays.
- Ensure every asset is drafted, reviewed, scheduled, and published on time.
Agency & Vendor Coordination – 25%
- Serve as primary contact for video editors, graphic design agencies, and freelance writers.
- Develop and communicate clear briefs.
- Manage feedback loops and revision cycles to maintain quality.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
Campaign Execution Ownership – 20%
- Build and manage execution plans for major launches and multi-channel campaigns.
- Coordinate LinkedIn posts, email sequences, video recording timelines, and draft reviews.
- Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and ensure cross-channel alignment.
Quality Control & Detail Management – 10%
- Review video edits for accuracy, flow, and polish.
- Proofread and QA content across all formats.
- Maintain high standards for anything published externally.
Accountability & Communication – 5%
- Track in-flight marketing projects in a centralized system.
- Conduct weekly status updates and proactively flag risks or shifting priorities.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Must-Haves (Required)
- 2–5 years of marketing project coordination or marketing operations experience.
- Strong organizational and systems thinking skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
- Excellent written English communication for briefs, updates, and feedback.
- Familiarity with marketing content workflows and campaign execution.
- Attention to detail when reviewing creative outputs (video, graphics, copy).
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Experience managing multiple agencies or freelance contributors.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or data-driven marketing environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or campaign management tools.
