We’re a software development company founded in 2019, with a team of 51-200 employees. We offer an AI-powered alternative to traditional Order Management Systems (OMS). Our platform connects all your commerce channels and manages order operations, giving you full visibility across your entire order process. It combines specialized connectivity with order orchestration to automate tasks and provide near real-time updates on orders, inventory, products, fulfillments, and returns.

We also have an AI order operations agent named Pippen. Pippen is trained on our data model and best practices for order operations, helping you make better decisions and reduce repetitive work.

Our platform provides complete commerce workflows, integrating with ERPs, selling channels, and fulfillment providers. It’s composable and cloud-native, serving brands in DTC, B2B, and retail, as well as 3PLs, WMSs, and SaaS providers. We make it easy to connect to sales channels, marketplaces, 3PLs, WMS, ERP, and financial systems without needing extensive IT support.

Our focus areas include ecommerce, integration, fulfillment, operations, inventory, order flow, 3PL, ERP, Shopify, and Netsuite.
