We are looking for a Transaction Services Specialist - Disputes & Collections to manage the full lifecycle of customer disputes and collections, from initial inquiry through to resolution and payment. This role ensures timely, accurate investigation of disputed charges, proactive outreach for outstanding balances, and effective negotiation to recover overdue payments. Acting as a strategic link between our customer-facing, commercial, and Finance Operations teams, you will help maintain healthy accounts receivable and foster positive stakeholder relationships while providing the subject matter expertise needed to optimize our processes and procedures.
Your new adventure
- Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes and chargebacks in a timely and
- accurate manner.
- Manage collections activities for overdue accounts, including proactive communication
- with customers and partners via various channels primarily email and occasionally
- with google meet.
- Support the preparation of regular reports on collections activities, outstanding
- amounts and recovery rates.
- Reconcile customer accounts, identify discrepancies and process or work with
- transaction services colleagues to complete necessary transactional adjustments and
- corrections.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support and
- Engineering) to gather information and resolve complex disputes and collection cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all dispute and collection activities
- communications (including any payment plan agreements) within relevant applications
- Act as a subject matter expert for disputes and collections lifecycle contributing to and
- sometimes drafting process inputs and content.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the collections process to enhance
- efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on optimizing accounts receivable
- efficiency and enhancing customer and colleagues experiences with this process.
- Actively supports, tests and provides feedback to new features, functionality and
- releases impacting collections and dispute management

- This is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position with a working schedule of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM WET to ensure alignment with our global operations
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role and environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and an analytical approach and mindset in investigating disputes and
- discrepancies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with internal commercial teams.
- Process driven and a documentation-oriented approach to case management
- Ability to manage occasional competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with billing platforms, collections management workflows, order management systems,
- and CRM tools.
- Integrity, accountability, and customer-first thinking with an emphasis on respectful and effective
- resolution.
- Proficient written and spoken English
