SUMMARY:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles and act as a true partner to the hiring managers you support. You’ll source and engage top talent, guide candidates through a thoughtful interview process, and keep a healthy pipeline moving across multiple openings at once. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with room to be creative in how you find and win great people, and to grow your career as Placer scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, building creative outreach that gets responses.
- Review inbound resumes and screen candidates, carefully advancing those who most closely match the role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview loops, keeping the process moving quickly and efficiently.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of early-, mid-, and late-stage candidates across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates to your business partners and key stakeholders, and keep the ATS accurate and current.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive, high-touch interview experience and represent the Placer brand.
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and HR business partners, including Director- and VP-level leaders, to refine role requirements,calibrate on candidates and ensure the full cycle process follows outlined SOPs and SLAs.
- Become a subject-matter expert in Placer’s product, industry, and market so you can speak credibly with candidates.
- Support the broader People team with recruiting-adjacent projects and administrative work as priorities shift, bringing the same care and follow-through to the smaller tasks as the big ones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, where priorities shift and multiple roles run in parallel.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent Placer professionally to candidates.
- A collaborative, team-based mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
- Strong organization and follow-through, with rigorous attention to detail in managing a pipeline, correctly tracking and classifying roles, and keeping offer paperwork and ATS records accurate and current.
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).

The U.S. annualized pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 USD. In addition, certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales-based commissions. Base pay offered within the stated range may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related skills, professional experience, education and licenses (if applicable), work location and compensation market data.
Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Placer provides medical, dental and vision coverage as well as flexible time off, 401K and equity awards for certain roles.
