We founded Trustpilot in 2007 as an open, independent, and impartial review platform. Our goal is to connect consumers and businesses through reviews, helping people make informed choices and enabling businesses to build trust and improve their services. As of March 18, 2025, we host over 300 million reviews from an average of 64 million monthly active users, with 140 billion annual Trustbox impressions across more than 1.27 million reviewed websites.

We provide tools for online reviews, review software, and online reputation management. Our services help businesses with customer feedback, managing their brand reputation, and improving customer experience, as well as digital marketing aspects like SEO and conversion.

We are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with offices in Amsterdam, Denver, Edinburgh, Hamburg, London, Melbourne, Milan, New York, and Sydney.

Our vision is to be the universal symbol of trust, giving people confidence to shop and helping companies improve. We aim to achieve this by bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews.

Our team structure includes engineering roles focused on partner integrations (like Shopify, Salesforce, and HubSpot), customer success teams responsible for onboarding, adoption, retention, and advocacy, and mid-market account management. We also have teams for community and office operations, as well as talent acquisition specialists for commercial functions, product, tech, and digital enablement. We support a hybrid work model and provide development programs and social activities.

We offer a hybrid work setup, generally asking employees to be in the office 2-3 days a week and work remotely for the rest. We provide a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure for sales roles, plus a company bonus. Annual leave starts at 25 days, increasing to 28 after two years of continuous employment. You also get two paid volunteering days per year.
