About our client
We are looking for a Lead QA Test Engineer to define and drive the quality strategy of a multi-market cross-media measurement platform built in partnership with major global players. This role combines hands-on automation, data quality ownership, and technical leadership, supporting the evolution toward an API-first architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end quality strategy across releases and environments
- Lead the transition to API-first testing with scalable service-layer automation
- Establish measurable quality metrics and improve regression coverage
- Ensure data integrity through pipeline validation and automated data checks
- Coach engineers and embed quality standards into development workflows
- Evolve automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on risk and quality decisions
Required Profile:
- Proven experience as QA/Test Lead in modern delivery environments
- Strong hands-on automation expertise at scale
- Deep experience with API and microservices testing
- Solid background in data quality validation
- Strong programming skills (Python, JS/TS) and SQL
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
Tech Stack:
Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
Frameworks & Tools: NestJS, Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Supertest
Testing Focus: API & service-layer automation, regression strategy, data validation
Data: SQL, analytics pipelines, Google Analytics
Cloud & DevOps: GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Cloud Build)
Nice to have: Generative AI for testing, Microservices, API-first platforms
