Job Description
You’ll play a key role in SEEK’s People Strategy and Enablement team—delivering strategic people projects that enable the business to evolve. You’ll lead diverse initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, policy and governance, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to bring structure, clarity and momentum.
You’ll report to the Director People Strategy & Enablement and collaborate across SEEK and its subsidiaries. You’ll guide due diligence and integration efforts, and help turn complex people challenges into clear, scalable outcomes that strengthen how SEEK operates.
Success in this role means building trusted relationships across SEEK’s growing network, embedding strong people practices and delivering well-executed projects that drive efficiency, alignment and growth.
This position involves two primary areas of responsibility: 1. People projects and other enablement-related work; 2. HRBP focal point for SEEK’s recent acquisitions, subsidiaries and wholly owned businesses.
- Lead and deliver strategic People & Culture (P&C) projects that drive growth and integration across APAC.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partnering team on initiatives related to policies and practices.
- Partner with the Director of People Strategy & Enablement on a range of initiatives spanning P&C strategy, enablement, and governance.
- Support due diligence and integration of newly acquired acquisitions.
- Serve as the main HR contact for SEEK’s subsidiaries and wholly owned businesses, fostering strong relationships with local HR teams.
- Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and adoption of best practices across the SEEK family of businesses.
Qualifications
- Generalist HR business partnering skillset;
- Strong project and program management expertise, ideally including M&A experience;
- Experience leading people-related projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement ability; and
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and influencing across multiple teams
