We were founded in 2001, operating as Proactive Dealer Solutions and Better Car People. Since 2010, we’ve provided digital solutions to help automotive, RV, marine, and powersports dealers improve their customer experience through better people, processes, and technology.

Our solutions combine AI with human expertise to engage customers by text, chat, email, and phone. These include the Better Sales Engine, which converts leads into appointments and manages the sales process.
