We were founded in 2001, operating as Proactive Dealer Solutions and Better Car People. Since 2010, we’ve provided digital solutions to help automotive, RV, marine, and powersports dealers improve their customer experience through better people, processes, and technology.

Our solutions combine AI with human expertise to engage customers by text, chat, email, and phone. These include the Better Sales Engine, which converts leads into appointments and manages the sales process. Our Better Service Engine helps fixed operations grow by handling inbound calls, converting declined repair orders, and reactivating customer lists. The Better Training Engine offers expert training to improve customer engagement, increase retention, and boost revenue. We also offer BDC (Business Development Center) setup and revitalization, BDC Central, BDC Boot Camp for sales and service, performance coaching, recruiting services, and support products like call recording and performance software. Virtual BDC and call center solutions are available too.

Our tools integrate with existing dealership systems, including CRMs and various workflows. We partner with over 4,500 dealers in the US and Canada, contributing to over $25 billion in sales, booking more than 2 million service appointments, and reviewing over 23 million sales leads.

We integrate with industry platforms such as Elead, Drivecentric, CDK Global, Dealerlogix, FordDirect, Fortellis, Automate, Mykaarma, Reynolds-Reynolds, Tekion, VinSolutions, XTime, Oplogic, DealerSocket, Autoalert, Dealerpeak, and Podium.
