About Prodigy Education
We create game-based learning experiences that help students enjoy learning. Our platforms help over 20 million students annually practice math and English skills aligned with educational standards. We offer our services free for educators; over 800,000 teachers use our tools to adapt to individual student needs and support differentiated instruction.
We offer two main products: Prodigy Math and Prodigy English. Prodigy Math is for students in grades 1-8. It covers Common Core and TEKS math standards through quests, battles, spells, and rewards. Prodigy English helps students in grades 1-6 develop foundational reading and writing skills using adaptive content aligned with Common Core standards.
We operate on a freemium model. All educational content in Prodigy Math and Prodigy English is free for students and teachers. Optional parent memberships offer extra features for children and help us continue providing free access for educators.
One survey we commissioned showed 91% of parents reported their children enjoy using Prodigy Math. Another found 96% of parents and teachers were satisfied with its educational impact.
