We were founded in 2009, initially as a children’s production company creating educational series. We’ve since evolved into a global language services provider, offering enterprise-grade data solutions.

Our services include human-validated transcription (multi-speaker, multi-accent, multilingual), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and speech annotation tailored to client taxonomies, and voice assistant training data. We also provide translation and content moderation for high-risk domains, build low-resource language pipelines from collection to QA, and offer synthetic data advisory with human-in-the-loop validation.

We primarily support technical program managers (TPMs) at AI companies. This includes those building multilingual models, NLP/ASR/TTS/LLM evaluation teams, and organizations needing to scale their Natural Language Processing (NLP), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) localization efforts while maintaining quality. We offer services in over 300 languages and locales worldwide.

Security is paramount. We maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and utilize SCIF-aligned workflows, offering cleanroom services in secure facilities across the US and globally.
