We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management.
Our Lisbon office has grown to 80 people in two years. The ambition doesn’t stop there. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Manager who’s ready to own something meaningful: a team, a client portfolio, and the commercial outcomes that come with both.
This is a role for someone who’s already shown they can lead — whether that’s managing junior team members, hitting commercial targets, or being the person others look to when things get complex. You don’t need to have done this exact job before. But you do need to want the accountability that comes with it.
At this level, you’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership, client strategy, and delivery performance. You’ll shape how the team operates, hold the relationships that matter most to our clients, and have a real say in what excellence looks like here.
Key duties in this role will include:
Project Management:
Oversee the delivery of multiple, fast-moving projects, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
Coach and support Project Leads through complex, niche, or time-sensitive briefs.
Use performance data to spot delivery issues early and continuously improve how work gets done.
Maintain high standards across compliance, process, and client experience.
Client Management:
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, from deal teams through to senior partners.
Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding investment strategies and portfolio needs.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts, expand into new funds or regions, and deepen existing partnerships.
Work closely with commercial and delivery teams to turn client insight into action.
People Management:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of client services professionals (from Associate to Team Lead).
Create an inclusive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and regular feedback.
Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet demand without compromising quality.
Support career development and progression as the team continues to scale.
Key previous experience needed for this role includes:
Proven experience operating in high-pressure, high-pace, target-focused environments.
Strong people leadership experience, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams or individuals.
Experience owning client relationships and successfully expanding client accounts.
Background in Expert Networking or a similar client-driven business desirable not required.
