We’re hiring at Project Lead level — a role that sits at the heart of what we do. It’s threefold: you’ll own project delivery, lead and develop people, and manage key client accounts. You’ll be the connective tissue between a high-performing team and the clients who depend on us for critical insights. We work at pace, we work at volume, and we set a high bar. Key duties in this role will include:
People, Development & Culture
Own all people responsibilities — hiring, performance management, and progression — while building a culture of high achievement and clear expectations
Drive individual growth through regular 1:1s, development plans, and coaching, ensuring every team member has a clear path forward
Project Management
Allocate projects across the team, balancing workload while owning delivery targets and ensuring quality, compliance, and client expectations are consistently met
Coach team members across the full Expert Networking cycle, instilling best practices and a proactive, outbound mindset
Account Management
Take full ownership of designated client accounts across EMEA, acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert
Work closely with the Commercial team to identify revenue opportunities, support QBRs, and drive account growth
Exceptional project management skills: the ability to deliver efficient and high-quality projects, whilst juggling multiple priorities
Exceptional communication skills: across all levels and ability to converse and build rapport with clients and experts alike.
Interpersonal skills: strong collaboration and team skills and ability to approach every aspect of your work with integrity.
Drive & Tenacity: to possess the self-confidence to work in a rapidly growing and unstructured business with constant and high-volume workflow.
