Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to support the ongoing management, accuracy, and integrity of our digital platforms. This role will focus on updating information, reviewing and validating data, and cleaning and maintaining CRM records to ensure the system remains reliable and actionable for stakeholders.
What youβll be doing:
- Monitor a wide range of reputable news sources daily to identify the most notable headlines in assigned industries.
- Retrieve and organize the full text of relevant/selected articles and organize them in a standardized, client-ready format.
- Synthesize key developments into clear and accurate daily news summaries tailored to client interests
- Ensure all deliverables are comprehensive, factually accurate, and submitted according to established deadlines on time.
- Maintain consistency in formatting, style, and attention to detail across all reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine scanning and monitoring processes and continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables to meet evolving client needs.
Data Maintenance & Updates
- Regularly update and maintain records within our platforms to ensure information is accurate, current, and complete
- Enter new data and modify existing data in accordance with established standards and processes
- Support ongoing CRM updates related to contacts, accounts, activities, and custom boards
Data Review & Quality Control
- Review CRM data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Identify errors, duplications, outdated records, and inconsistencies
- Perform routine data audits and validation checks
- Ensure data adheres to internal data governance and formatting standards
Data Cleanup & Optimization
- Clean and standardize data across CRM boards
- Merge or remove duplicate records as needed
- Improve data structure and organization to enhance usability and reporting
- Assist with CRM optimization initiatives to improve data flow and system efficiency
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Provide support and guidance on proper CRM data entry practices
- Document processes and best practices for CRM data management
What makes you qualified:
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM platforms; Monday.com experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance
- Comfortable working with large datasets and structured workflows
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in data management, CRM administration, or operations support
- Familiarity with data governance or data hygiene best practices
- Basic reporting or dashboard experience within Monday.com or similar tools
