Invisible AI

We provide an on-premise computer vision platform that captures data from manual assembly work. Our platform uses AI to generate recommendations for improving plant productivity, quality, and safety in manufacturing. It functions as a visual intelligence system, working with operators to ensure processes are completed correctly.

Our Vision Execution System analyzes human motion and objects on the factory floor in real time. This system includes an NVIDIA-powered AI chipset and synchronized depth-sensing cameras. Data management and storage, up to 3 months and 2TB per device, are handled on the edge, so no extra bandwidth or cloud access is needed. The system also integrates with PLC/MES datasets to give a complete view of plant floor activities.

We offer solutions for specific manufacturing areas:

• For Safety & Ergonomics, our platform includes an ergonomics monitor, forklift tracker, and incident root-cause analysis to protect the workforce.
• For Production Teams, we help identify outlier cycles, correct bottlenecks, and conduct AI time studies to boost productivity and labor effectiveness.
• For Continuous Improvement, we support line balancing and use traceability and time study features for Kaizen projects.
• For Quality, our system provides AI-powered root-cause analysis, streamlined search features, and 3D video capture for product traceability.

Founded in 2018, we operate in the Automation Machinery Manufacturing industry and have 11-50 employees. Our solution is deployed entirely on-premise, providing real-time feedback. Our on-site Vision System Engineers provide expert platform optimization, allowing for quick deployment and scalability. We have raised $21 million in funding, including a $15 million Series A round, and have offices in San Francisco, CA, and Ann Arbor, MI.
