We are looking for a dynamic and structured HR Business Partnering Head to lead the full HR agenda for Quento, a Business Unit of Qualco Group. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring strong alignment between people strategies and business priorities in a fast-evolving fintech environment.

We are counting on you to:

·        Partner with Quento’s leadership to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies;

·        Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, capability building, and change management;

·        Champion HR initiatives that reinforce company values and high-performance culture;

·        Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency;

·        Deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience across the entire lifecycle;

·        Improve HR processes, policies, and systems for scalability;

·        Advise managers on employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant practices;

·        Support performance management processes, talent reviews, and development planning;

·     Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative workplace and lead engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connection;

·        Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines;

·        Identify development needs and support growth while ensuring alignment with Qualco Group’s values and leadership principles;

·        Contribute to succession planning and career pathways;

·        Use HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support decision-making;

·        Monitor key HR metrics and share insights with leadership teams;

·        Lead HR aspects of organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and adoption;

·        Collaborate with Group HR functions to implement Group-wide initiatives within Quento;

·        Ensure that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field;

·        6+ years of experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles, ideally in tech environments;

·        Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level interaction;

·        Proven ability to resolve HR matters and coach line managers;

·        Understanding of payroll, budgeting, and outsourced personnel management;

·        Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics/KPIs;

·        Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable;

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
