Description of the Project
As a Partnership Development Intern, you will work closely with the Partner Recruitment Manager to support the growth and expansion of Quandelaโs global partner ecosystem. This internship offers hands-on experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, and strategic relationship management, providing a unique opportunity to learn about the quantum computing industry and ecosystem development.
You will play a critical support role in identifying, engaging, and enabling strategic partners, contributing to the success of the Quandela Partner Network.
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Research potential partners, including technology providers, system integrators, quantum application software providers, HPCs, data centers, and educational organizations.
- Assist in preparing partner recruitment materials and presentations tailored to different industries and regions.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring partners receive necessary resources.
Ecosystem Enablement:
- Collaborate with the Quantum Applications Architects team to support partner training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and industry events to promote the QPN and engage with prospective partners.
- Help partners navigate Quandelaโs resources to kickstart their first projects successfully.
Market and Performance Analysis:
- Monitor partner recruitment KPIs and contribute to regular reporting on the progress and outcomes of recruitment efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding the partner ecosystem.
Administrative and Strategic Support:
- Maintain accurate records of partner engagement and activities.
- Provide support in drafting proposals, contracts, and other partnership-related documents.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for strategic initiatives to enhance the QPN.
You’re looking for an end-of-study or gap-year internship of 6 months in a business or engineering school, and you’re available fromย July/September
Interest in Technology: Enthusiasm for quantum computing, deep tech, or emerging technologies.
Research Skills: Strong analytical and research abilities to identify and assess potential partners.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Organization: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a dynamic team environment.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
