The Role
We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service to play a key delivery role on customer engagements.
This role is designed for a seasoned techno-functional consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, translating business requirements into effective solutions, and staying hands-on throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will spend the majority of your time configuring, validating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions while partnering with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Dynamics 365 Field Service Solutions
- Lead functional workstreams within Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations
- Participate in discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Execute project tasks while ensuring quality and alignment with customer objectives
Be Hands-On and Techno-Functional
- Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service including work orders, incident types, service agreements, scheduling, resource management, and mobile experiences
- Support asset management, preventive maintenance, inspections, and field operations processes
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers on integrations, extensions, and customizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
Partner with Customers
- Work directly with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT organizations
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution reviews, and user acceptance testing activities
- Provide recommendations based on Field Service best practices and platform capabilities
- Support customer adoption and knowledge transfer activities
Contribute to Team Success
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members
- Participate in solution reviews and collaborative problem solving
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Dynamics delivery practice
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Dynamics Professional
- 5-7 years of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience with strong specialization in Field Service
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects in a customer-facing consulting environment
- Strong understanding of field service business processes and operational workflows
- Experience working across multiple phases of implementation projects
Strong Techno-Functional Skills
- Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, security, and platform capabilities
Customer-Focused and Collaborative
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality delivery
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
