Founded in 2021, we offer a User Research CRM and Research Operations Platform. Our platform helps product, design, and research teams recruit participants, conduct studies, and integrate user insights into their product decisions.

We provide a User Research CRM that builds participant profiles using data from various company sources. This allows users to target their own customers, create participant panels through sign-up forms, and recruit externally. We support research activities like email outreach, screeners, scheduling, consent management, and global incentives (with over 2,000 redemption options or custom incentives).

The platform includes governance tools, such as cool-down periods and contact statuses, and generates Activity Reports to track research impact and optimize resources. We integrate with existing CRMs and other research tools, including Salesforce and Snowflake. Companies like Sonos, GitHub, Webflow, OpenTable, MongoDB, Checkr, Braze, ezCater, and Faire use our platform.
