We founded RealtyMogul in 2012 as an online marketplace for real estate investing and crowdfunding. We help members invest in commercial real estate by providing access to curated opportunities.

Our platform lets you invest in private placements, 1031 Exchange properties, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). These investments include multifamily, office, retail, and ground-up development properties across the United States.

We follow a formalized process to evaluate every investment opportunity listed on our platform. This includes reviewing the Sponsor, the Business Plan, the Property, and conducting comprehensive documentation and due diligence.

Since 2012, our platform has presented over $7 billion in property value and helped invest over $500 million across hundreds of real estate projects. More than 200,000 members have joined us. We focus on passive real estate investments, cash flow investing, and real estate syndication to help generate passive income.
