About MicroVentures
We are an investment bank founded in 2009. We operate an online, equity-based crowdfunding platform that connects angel investors with startups. We were one of the first venture capital firms to build a startup investment platform open to the public.
We also act as a broker/dealer, assisting startups in raising capital in exchange for equity. We give founders access to early-stage capital and offer accredited investors opportunities to invest in private equity, including vetted private companies for as little as $100. Our platform allows users to invest in startups, buy and sell private stock, or raise capital through equity crowdfunding.
To date, we’ve facilitated over $700 million in transactions across more than 1,200 investment opportunities, connecting over 280,000 investors. You can invest in companies like OpenAI, Stripe, and Neuralink through our platform. We provide customer support through our Investor Relations Team.
