Job Description

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Account Coordinator to support the management and growth of Allconnect’s Offline Affiliate channel.

This role works in close partnership with the Account Manager – Offline Affiliate and is responsible for the operational execution layer of the business. The Account Coordinator will analyze performance data, validate compensation calculations, manage escalations, and ensure partners are consistently updated on ISP promotions and operational changes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely organized, and maintains a high standard of accuracy in reporting and financial validation.

What You’ll Do:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics including volume, revenue, conversion rates, and discrepancies.
  • Audit reporting data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
  • Provide performance summaries and insights to support Account Manager strategy.

Compensation Validation & Distribution

  • Validate affiliate payout calculations and ensure timely, accurate compensation distribution.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in reporting prior to payout processing.
  • Partner with Finance to confirm payment accuracy and resolve issues proactively.

Escalation Management

  • Serve as day-to-day support for partner escalations related to orders, tracking, reporting discrepancies, and marketing infractions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

ISP Promotion & Partner Communication

  • Distribute updates on ISP promotions, product changes, and operational updates.
  • Ensure affiliates are aligned with current promotional messaging and compliance requirements.

Organization & Process Management

  • Maintain structured documentation of partner agreements, payout structures, and issue logs.
  • Support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in account coordination, affiliate marketing, partner operations, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in the the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Product Suite of tools/products (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, etc).
  • Experience working with compensation structures or financial reporting preferred.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $24.04 - $28.85 per hour
