Job Description
Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.
Opportunity & Impact
Redox is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day execution of our revenue systems and reporting. You’ll be the proactive executor who improves processes within their scope and who our GTM teams rely on to keep Salesforce running cleanly, dashboards up to date, and data accurate. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operate — from the reports leadership reviews each week to the tools reps use every day. You’ll report to the RevOps Manager and play a key role in scaling our operational foundation as the company grows.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership reporting
Pull and prep data for weekly and monthly operating cadences; ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time
Own pipeline hygiene by proactively identifying issues, driving accountability with reps, and improving underlying processes to prevent recurring problems — flag stale opportunities, missing fields, and data quality issues; follow up with reps and managers to resolve
Track funnel metrics (lead-to-opportunity, stage conversion, win rates) and rep attainment; surface trends and anomalies
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively surface insights to GTM and Finance stakeholders
Contribute to ongoing improvements in Salesforce configuration to support evolving business needs — manage user setup, permissioning, profiles, roles, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and automation (flows)
Support the quote-to-cash process in Salesforce CPQ — assist with quote creation, product catalog updates, pricing rules, and troubleshooting approval workflows
Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes
Support data enrichment and deduplication efforts to maintain data integrity across systems
Manage integrations and day-to-day operations of GTM tools, including HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and first-line troubleshooting across revenue systems
Maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials; support ongoing team enablement
Assist with renewal tracking and ensure renewal pipeline data in Salesforce is current and accurate
Help ensure Salesforce data aligns with what finance needs for bookings, billing, and commission calculations
Partner with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to support improvements to systems and processes
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong Salesforce reporting skills — comfortable building complex reports, dashboards, and filtered views without hand-holding
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
Experience supporting a sales team’s operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecasting, data hygiene)
Solid analytical skills — you can pull data, spot issues, and clearly communicate what you’re seeing
Detail-oriented with a bias toward accuracy and follow-through
Comfortable managing competing requests and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who can work effectively with sales reps, managers, and cross-functional partners
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally in healthcare technology
Familiarity with integration and automation tools like Zapier
Experience with data cleanup and deduplication tools (e.g., Ringlead)
Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel for ad hoc analysis alongside Salesforce reporting
Experience supporting commission or comp plan data validation
Software Platform / Tools
Required: Salesforce (admin-level), Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo
Preferred: Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Ringlead, Catalyst
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Salesforce is consistently maintained as a reliable source of truth across GTM and Finance
Reporting is accurate, timely, and increasingly automated where appropriate
Data quality issues and process gaps are proactively identified and addressed in partnership with RevOps leadership
Stakeholders rely on you for accurate data, thoughtful analysis, and well-informed recommendations
