The Role: E-commerce Producer
Location: Hybrid from Vernon HQ
Reformation is looking for an E-commerce Producer to join our Studio team and drive the day-to-day production of ecommerce content — from planning through final delivery. This role sits at the center of our creative production process, keeping shoots, shot lists, and deliverables moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You’ll work closely with Creative, Post-Production, Merchandising, and Brand to ensure every product image and video that goes live meets Reformation’s standards.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end production for ecommerce photo and video shoots, from pre-production planning through final asset delivery
- Build and manage shoot calendars, shot lists, and call sheets in partnership with Creative and Merchandising
- Coordinate studio logistics: booking talent, crew, locations, equipment, and studio space
- Assist with the sample flow with the styling and merchandising teams to ensure the right product is on set at the right time
- Track budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent shoots, flagging risks early
- Partner with the Post-Production team to manage retouching queues and delivery deadlines
- Liaise with photographers, stylists, hair/makeup artists, models, and other freelance talent and vendors
- Ensure all deliverables meet site specs, brand guidelines, and launch calendar deadlines
- Maintain production documentation, contracts, and vendor relationships in an organized, repeatable system
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and studio efficiency
- Admin tasks like lunch ordering, credit card reconciliation, invoice submission
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or studio production, ideally in fashion or retail
- Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of photo/video production workflows, from pre-pro to post
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Comfort managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across creative, merchandising, and business teams
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach when things change on set (because they will)
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and Reformation’s brand aesthetic
Compensation:
At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs. Our total rewards package also includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth that contribute to overall compensation.
