Relay is a cloud-based communication platform designed for frontline workers, replacing traditional two-way radios. We offer a voice-first platform that combines smart devices, cloud software, and mobile connectivity. It includes real-time translation in over 30 languages, GPS tracking, panic alerts, and works over WiFi and cellular networks. We also provide a dashboard for operational insights, showing indoor locations, productivity, and translation messages. Our platform improves team communication, worker safety, and performance.

We serve frontline workers in many industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, casinos, healthcare, golf courses, facilities management, large venues, and education. Our offerings focus on team communications, worker safety, and operational insights. Our “Fleet Shield” program replaces broken devices to cut down on customer costs and downtime.

Relay uses a hybrid work model, requiring employees to come to the Raleigh headquarters three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) to encourage collaboration.
