We develop solutions for water and air management, smart home technology, and specialist industrial applications within the modern built environment. Our key brands include SharkBite, JG Speedfit, Reliance Valves, HoldRite, and Holman. We offer brass and plastic push-to-connect plumbing and heating systems, as well as pressure and temperature control valves.

Founded in Australia in 1936, we are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Our global headquarters are in Atlanta, USA, with regional headquarters in Sydney, Australia, and London, UK. We operate in 20 countries with about 45 facilities, including 14 manufacturing plants, 29 distribution hubs, and 5 innovation centers. Overall, we have 58 locations. We serve over 60 countries, and billions of our products are in use worldwide. Our target markets include domestic plumbing (new builds, maintenance, social housing), the drinks dispense sector, main contractors, M&E subcontractors, stockists, mechanical contractors, facilities management, and OEM accounts.
