About Remotivate
We started Remotivate in 2018 as a remote-focused recruitment agency. We help digital companies hire remote leaders and managers for key roles in Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
We offer a “Done-For-You Service” that starts with Discovery & Onboarding. We work with clients to define job roles and characteristics through what we call “Vision Work.” This vision then guides us in creating job descriptions and setting up the filtering process.
Next, we build a tailored hiring funnel, usually 4-6 steps long, to assess candidates for their culture fit, personality, work experience, skills, motivations, and salary expectations.
We launch positions and invite candidates from our pre-vetted database of 50,000 people and many other platforms. We filter applicants by location, requirements, and salary. Clients get access to our custom applicant tracking system (ATS) from day one, so they can monitor all applicants, track their progress, and see which candidates we’re interviewing. Our hiring team focuses on quality, using an internal scoring system at each step to create a shortlist.
Our service includes coordinating final interviews with clients, sharing detailed candidate information, and offering support calls to discuss top applicants. We also manage salary negotiations and conduct multiple reference checks with previous employers before a final hiring decision. After a hire, we provide three months of post-hiring support, which can include contract templates, guidance on setting goals (KPIs) for new hires, and check-in chats.
Since 2018, we’ve helped over 100 companies hire remote talent, placing hundreds of candidates on six continents.
