We were founded in 1925 and are a global services company. We employ about 68,500 people across 89 countries and are listed on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE 100). We deliver services that protect people and enhance lives for commercial and private customers worldwide.

We operate through several brands:

• Rentokil provides commercial pest control services, including digital pest control.
• Initial offers commercial hygiene services, specialist hygiene services, washroom hygiene services, and smart hygiene.
• Ambius specializes in commercial provision of plants, interior and exterior landscaping, office plants, and scenting services.
• Technivap, a subsidiary, specializes in the hygiene and maintenance of air networks and fire protection systems.

Our local service teams operate across North America, Europe, UK & Rest of World, Asia, and the Pacific, covering over 90% of global GDP and 98 of the world’s 100 largest cities. We sold our Workwear business in France in September 2025.
