Founded in 2024 by Angel Cruzado, we provide outplacement and career transition services. We support both employees facing job changes and HR, Legal, and Finance leaders managing layoffs or reductions in force.

For employees, we offer personalized job search coaching, help with resumes and LinkedIn profiles, network introductions, and an AI Companion Coach for guidance. Our goal is to help individuals find new roles faster and develop lasting career skills.

For employers, we use a referral-based pricing model, meaning you only pay if an employee opts into our services. Our services help reduce employer risk by minimizing legal exposure, protecting your brand, and lowering unemployment costs. We have worked with companies like Temporal, Alation, dScout, and Empowerly. We specialize in areas such as interview preparation, salary negotiation, personal branding, culture fit, career change advice, and re-entry into the workforce.

We combine AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Gamma, LinkedIn, and EnhanCV with human coaching to support the job search process. We offer several outplacement plans: a Zero-Cost Setup program, a Professional plan at $1500 per transition (10 sessions over 3 months), and a Professional+ plan at $2500 per transition (15 sessions over 4 months).

We also host biweekly HR Learning Circles, where people leaders can connect and support each other through organizational changes. We partner with venture-backed and private equity-backed companies.

We believe no one should go through a career transition alone, and that an employee’s exit is as important as their start. Our approach to career transitions is human-centered, focusing on empathy, dignity, structure, and care. We aim to “re-inspire” individuals during career changes and help protect company culture by supporting both departing and remaining employees.

We are a team of 11 to 50 employees. Our founder, Angel Cruzado, is a veteran HR leader. Our team includes fractional HR leaders, recruiters, founders, and tech partners. Our culture centers on supporting people through change with empathy, technology, and speed. Our coaching is structured, personal, and available seven days a week, guiding individuals forward with dignity and without judgment. We also build community through biweekly HR Learning Circles for people leaders.
