Our free online Resume Builder helps you create professional, ATS-friendly resumes. You can make unlimited personalized resumes for different job applications. Our main products and features include an AI Resume Builder, Job Tracker, Matching Mode, Job Insights, and a Chrome extension that lets you bookmark jobs from over 40 job boards. The Job Tracker helps you organize and manage job opportunities, and Job Insights provides automated support and recommendations for your job search. We also offer over 2,000 resume samples and more than 100 free resume templates. Our platform helps you tailor resumes with keywords from job descriptions and suggests improvements. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve helped over 678,000 members, who have bookmarked over 2.8 million jobs and created over 934,000 resumes. We specialize in career development, planning, transitions, outplacement, job search assistance, resume software, job tracking, applications, and cover letters. A premium version is available with advanced resume analysis, unlimited keyword matching, extra email templates, and interview practice features.

Our team has 23 employees: 2 designers, 10 engineers, 6 marketing staff, and 3 operations personnel. Our leadership team includes CEO Dave Fano, VP of Product & Operations Lara Perlstein, CTO Keith Gould, and VP of Marketing Lia Zneimer. Many of us also have “fur babies” – 27 in total!

We offer a performance bonus based on growth metrics and a significant equity stake. We support fully remote work, providing a remote office stipend and a career development stipend. Our employees get flexible vacation (we suggest 20 days plus office closures) and up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave. We cover 80% to 100% of health insurance costs and offer a 401K plan with a 4% match. We also hold an annual team offsite for collaboration and strategy.
