We use our platform to close care gaps, improve Star Ratings, and streamline clinical workflows. This supports sustainable growth in value-based care programs. Key features include EVE™, our AI assistant, intelligent data acquisition (for structured and unstructured data), collaborative issue resolution for coding, and clinical intelligence at the point of care through bi-directional integration with HIEs and EHR systems.

Our solutions include patient insights at the point of care, simplified RADV audits, AI-enabled medical record retrieval, a unified member view for care delivery, proactive care for better outcomes, and maximized RAF accuracy. We process over 400 million patient records annually, improving care for more than 66 million covered lives. We maintain a 97% retention rate among our more than 70 health plan customers nationwide.
