We’re seeking a hands-on Team Leader – Full Stack who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership to guide a high-performing team and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions using Angular.JS, JavaScript, .NET, React, SQL, and AWS.
Role Overview
As a Team Leader – Full Stack, you will lead a team of software engineers while actively contributing to solution design, coding, and deployment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure technical excellence across the stack.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both a builder and a leader, driving outcomes through mentorship and technical depth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers, driving technical excellence and accountability.
- Architect, design, and implement web applications using .NET Core (C#), React.js, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Own code quality, design reviews, and best practice enforcement across the team.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and ECS.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives within the GCC.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and API design & development.
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end build ecosystems.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
- Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, RDS).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to guide a team both technically and strategically.
Good to Have
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare product engineering.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer/Architect) are a plus.
- Maintain and manage past code written in Angular.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
