We offer a cloud-based, AI-native platform that combines communications billing, professional service automation (PSA), and payment processing. We serve telecommunications, technology, and other service-based businesses, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), security and communications service providers, IT service providers, security integrators, field service businesses, and alarm and security companies.

Our software helps clients manage customers, automate ticketing and service scheduling, track inventory, rate and bill for usage-based and recurring charges, ensure taxation compliance, process payments, generate reports, and analyze data. The platform combines tools for communications billing, PSA, payments, and RMM.

Our main products are:

• Rev.io Billing, which automates quote-to-cash processes
• Rev.io PSA, which handles back-office functions like helpdesk, project management, and reporting
• Rev.io Odin, which supports communications service providers using Cisco BroadWorks
• Rev.io Payments, which integrates merchant processing
• Rev.io Analytics, which helps with data analysis

We started as Overgroup Consulting in 2002 and rebranded as Rev.io in 2016. We expanded our offerings by acquiring the Odin platform in 2022 and Tigerpaw in 2023. Today, we serve over 1,000 clients and process more than 6 million invoices annually. Our team has over 40 years of combined industry experience, including from our acquired entities. Our technology stack includes .NET, RESTful APIs, microservices, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, SQL, React/TypeScript, and Python.
