Job Description
What you will do
Your Journey as a Technical Training Advisor
Your story here begins with a mission: to transform how teams learn and master critical technologies. Here’s how your impact unfolds:
The Foundation: Design and Deliver
You’ll start by creating and delivering technology training programs that actually work—building learning experiences that help teams genuinely improve at what they do. This isn’t just instruction; it’s the beginning of real change.
The Evolution: Continuous Improvement
As you progress, you’ll constantly refine your approach and stay current with emerging technologies. You’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in training and development, learning from every engagement and making each program better than the last.
The Collaboration: Learning from the Best
Along the way, you’ll team up with Subject Matter Experts from diverse backgrounds. These partnerships become the catalyst for solving tough problems together and building deeper expertise across Cybersecurity, Communications, Human Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare.
The Legacy: Building the Playbook
You’ll lead the development of Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) and Programs of Instruction (POI)—creating the guides that clients depend on and that will outlast your tenure. Your frameworks become the foundation for future success.
The Impact: Supporting Critical Missions
Throughout this journey, you’ll support important missions by delivering training and exercises across different technical areas. Your work directly helps clients succeed, knowing that your expertise makes a tangible difference in their operations.
The Growth: Earning Your Expertise
Finally, you’ll be mentored by experienced Subject Matter Experts, earning your Ridgeline Technical Training Certification while building mastery in your chosen domains. This role isn’t just a job—it’s your pathway to becoming a recognized leader in technical training and development.
