The role
We are urgently seeking an experienced Interim Manager – Strategy & Digital Transformation to join our team and step into a key leadership role on an ongoing transformation programme. This is a client-facing role with immediate responsibility for delivering high-impact results, building strong senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Project leadership: Take ownership of consulting engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and value-driven solutions.
Digital transformation: Shape and deliver digital transformation strategies that leverage technology for business improvement.
Research & analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to develop business cases, assess capabilities, and identify opportunities.
Team leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration, quality, and results.
Business development support: Contribute to proposals and opportunity shaping where relevant.
Market insights: Stay close to industry trends and bring forward-looking perspectives to clients.
Requirements
6–8 years in top-tier consulting or related roles, with proven digital transformation expertise.
Track record of managing large-scale engagements and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their application in business.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in multinational contexts.
Excellent English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus.
Available to start immediately on an interim contract.
