The Role - Your Passion
Vision, strategy, and outcomes: Shape the Station Experience vision and strategy, define long-term outcomes, and translate insights into a clear, measurable roadmap with associated success criteria.
Empathy-driven discovery: Apply deep empathy for the station agent experience and customer handoffs to uncover friction points and opportunities. Translate insights into well-defined needs and opportunities (e.g., jobs-to-be-done, journey maps).
Data-informed prioritization and hypotheses: Establish analytics and feedback loops to collect and analyze relevant data points. Use it wisely to surface problems, define hypotheses, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
Cross-functional leadership and delivery: Lead collaboration across design, engineering, operations, data, and other stakeholders to define requirements, align on priorities, and drive timely, high-quality delivery.
Execution quality and production readiness: Ensure polished, reliable experiences in production with strong QA, release planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of performance and uptime.
What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us
You have a genuine passion for delivering high quality products that users LOVE.
3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner with a proven track record of delivering outcomes aligned to company objectives.
Skilled in managing projects in agile environments with a focus on value-driven delivery.
Experience partnering with design to do customer research and prototype testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical logic and process flows to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and Figma for analysis and process mapping, plus practical experience working within scrum methodology.
