We are a boutique recruiting consulting firm founded in 2023. We specialize in recruitment strategy and direct placement across various industries, including retail, human healthcare, and animal healthcare.

Our consulting services include developing talent acquisition strategies, designing organizational structures, identifying efficiency gaps, recommending talent branding and brand reputation improvements, creating DE&I talent attraction strategies, assessing talent acquisition technology, auditing career sites, and setting talent acquisition KPIs.

For direct placements, we fill mid-level, senior, and executive positions. We have expertise in multi-unit sales leadership, retail management, marketing, HR, talent development, finance & accounting, and real estate. We handle the entire recruiting process, from finding candidates to negotiating job offers.

Amanda Robbins, our owner and CEO, has over sixteen years of talent acquisition leadership experience. She has built and led talent acquisition teams for fast-growing companies in both public and private sectors. Her background includes designing talent acquisition teams, implementing tech solutions like CRMs, ATS, and career websites, developing DE&I talent attraction strategies, and managing high-volume hiring (over 5,000 hires annually). She has also placed senior roles across sales, HR, marketing, IT, finance, and real estate, including CHRO, VP HR, VP Marketing, VP of Digital, SVP Real Estate, VP of Data and Analytics, and VP of Finance.
