We offer AI SRE agents for automated root cause analysis, suggested fixes, and for finding context from alerts and past incidents. Our AI-powered on-call management handles paging, scheduling, and coverage, providing schedules, alerts, and mobile access through redundant infrastructure. For incident response, we use AI-driven workflow automation, real-time scribes, summaries, and suggestions, all integrated directly into Slack and Microsoft Teams.

After an incident, we provide automated retrospectives with AI-generated summaries, timelines, and context. This helps ensure consistent processes, tracks action items with Jira integration, and supports collaboration in tools like Docs and Confluent. We also offer automated status pages for customer communication.

Companies like NVIDIA, Squarespace, Canva, Grammarly, Elastic, Tripadvisor, Figma, and Mistral AI use Rootly. Our platform is built to be extensible, connecting with existing tools such as Jira and Zoom. We also offer a Terraform provider, an API, and an MCP server.
