We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Ontario, Canada. We develop CPE-agnostic software and remote support platforms to improve the in-home WiFi experience for Service Providers and Smart Home brands. Our work covers analytics, smart home technology, routers, Wi-Fi, customer service, IoT, sales support, networks, quality assurance, internet service providers (ISP), technical support, and telecommunications.

We offer RouteThis Certify for optimizing residential WiFi installations and repairs for Service Providers. RouteThis Resolve helps call center agents improve remote troubleshooting and technical support. For Smart Home companies, we provide Core with the RouteThis Helps app, which simplifies WiFi support by offering real-time visibility and troubleshooting of customer home networks. Our platform uses customer smartphones to scan and analyze home WiFi, giving diagnostics to support teams.

We serve over 200 Service Provider and Smart Home brand customers in more than 30 countries, supporting about 6 million homes annually. Our solutions help reduce average handle time, decrease truck rolls, and boost average revenue per user.
