We are a software and data platform for neuromodulation, founded in 2018. We focus on precision neurology, supporting both care delivery and therapy development.

Initially, we focused on Parkinson’s disease, but we are expanding to other neurodegenerative conditions like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), OCD, and Essential Tremor.

For clinicians and patients, we offer StrivePD, a Parkinson’s disease tool that gives clinicians personalized symptom summaries and helps patients track symptoms and medication with an Apple Watch and a patient app. It also connects patients to clinical trials. In June 2022, the FDA cleared StrivePD on Apple Watch for Parkinson’s disease monitoring.

For life sciences companies, we provide access to networks of engaged clinicians and patients, plus large real-world datasets, to help with therapy development. Our services include clinical trial support (data collection, trial recruitment, synthetic control cohorts), real-world evidence generation using StrivePD data, and commercial channels for therapy adoption. In March 2023, we launched StriveStudy, a clinical trial platform. We partner with academic and research facilities, including UCSF, Mount Sinai, Baylor University, and Brown University.

We have raised a $5M Seed round in October 2020, a $22.8M Series A round in September 2021, and a $12M strategic round in January 2024.

Our mission is to build software for brain-machine interfaces that advance neuromodulation. We aim to make clinical brain data useful to improve patient care and discover disease-modifying therapies, starting with Parkinson’s disease. We work for better, patient-centered treatments for brain disease, believing that precision medicine begins with patient-focused software and tools.

Our team has 11-50 employees. We have an office in San Francisco, near UCSF, to maintain relationships with Bay Area clinicians, but we are also a remote-friendly company with team members in New York City, Toronto, and Denver.
