SALT Dental Partners

Founded in 2019, we are a dental support organization (DSO) that partners with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and general dentists. We manage 166 practices across 20 states and have 1,001 to 5,000 employees.

We combine the benefits of private practice with a partnership model. This helps practices grow while keeping their unique brand. We provide the support and infrastructure that allows doctors to focus on patient care. Our services include operational support, marketing, IT, recruitment, compliance, centralized systems, and procurement.

Our mission is to build a strong multi-specialty platform that consistently delivers results. We aim to create an environment where doctors and team members can succeed. We support our partners’ goals, growth, and long-term vision.

We also value the communities where our partners practice, and we work with them on community involvement and giving back.

SALT Dental Partners is led by doctors, for doctors. Our leadership includes a Chief Clinical Officer, Co-Founders/Board Doctors (Pediatric Dentists), and Board Doctors (Orthodontists). We also have an Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, and Business Development Team.

Our culture encourages collaboration among dental professionals. This allows our partners to share knowledge and learn from each other. We aim to reduce administrative tasks for partners, helping them achieve a better work-life balance so they can spend more time with family and friends.
