About Sanas
We founded Sanas in 2020 to build a real-time speech understanding platform.
Our Speech AI Platform includes accent translation, noise cancellation, and a mobile app for language translation that supports over 25 languages. Our core products use real-time speech-to-speech AI to adjust accents, remove background noise, and translate languages while keeping unique voices and emotions intact.
We serve enterprises and contact centers, helping them boost productivity, improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) and average handling time (AHT), and increase employee satisfaction (with a 97% adoption rate). Our goal is to reduce stress and improve communication confidence by minimizing miscommunication. We empower contact center agents by improving call quality and handling. We also help enterprises break down communication barriers, which makes them more efficient and creates new talent sourcing opportunities.
We secured seed funding in 2021, a $32 million Series A round in 2022 led by Insight Partners (with Google and Assurant Ventures participating), and a $65 million Series B funding in 2025. In 2024, we received a patent for our real-time accent conversion AI technology in the USA and India. Over 30,000 contact center agents currently use the latest version of our technology. Our customers include Trajector, Wyndham, Alorica, TP, Transcom, and Concentrix.
