We founded our talent agency in 2023 to connect competitive LatAm engineering talent with US startups. We focus on product startups and venture-backed companies, including YC companies. We source Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, and Staff Engineer talent.

We offer direct hiring, placing interview-ready engineers directly into client teams. Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provides a dedicated hiring partnership. For staffing, we place talent on our books to manage payroll and compliance. Our Payroll & Employer of Record services handle contracts, onboarding, and compliance for hiring across LatAm.

Our engineers are vetted by other engineers. We operate on a results-only payment model; clients pay upon candidate signing. Gabriel Benmergui, a former Staff Engineer and engineering manager with experience at OpenSea, Robinhood, CircleMedical, and Scribd.com, founded the company.
