We are a chemical manufacturing company, founded in 1906, that makes performance additives, process solutions, and chemical intermediates. Our products improve the quality and performance of goods for industrial and consumer uses.

Our markets include Chemical Intermediates, Fuels, Lubricants, Coatings, Oilfield, Plastics, and Rubber and Adhesives. Our product line features phenolic resins, alkylphenolic resins, and alkylated phenols. These are sold under brand names like ALKANOX™, AMINOX™, ANOX™, and WESTON™. We use them in various applications, from Adhesives and Biofuels to Tires and Wire & Cable.

Our products serve industries such as Agriculture, Automotive, Building & Construction, Chemical Intermediates, Coatings, Consumer Goods, Elastomers, Electronics, Fuel Additives, Furniture Manufacturing, Grease Additives, Health & Nutrition, Lubricant Additives, Metal Processing & Fabrication, Oil & Gas, Oilfield Chemicals, Packaging, Personal Care, Recycling, Textiles, and Tire & Rubber.

In 2014, we acquired the Antioxidant & API Business portfolio from Albemarle Corp. We launched WESTON™ 705, and later the EVERCYCLE™ Platform, which offers additives for the circular economy. We’ve focused on sustainability since 2014, publishing our 2024 Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Report. In 2021, EcoVadis awarded us a Gold Rating. We have 1,600 employees and 18 manufacturing facilities worldwide.

For some roles, we offer fully remote or remote-first work, with flexible schedules between 7 am and 6 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Our compensation packages are competitive, including annual discretionary bonuses (typically 10-25% of base pay), quarterly performance bonuses (e.g., $625), and stock options.
