We develop safety-focused large language models (LLMs) and generative AI agents for healthcare. Our AI agents aim to improve healthcare access and outcomes without diagnosing or prescribing. We offer over 1,000 AI healthcare agents to providers, payors, and pharmaceutical companies across specialties like allergy, cardiology, dental, diabetes, gastroenterology, oncology, and primary care. Our agents help with quality improvement, care management, readmission prevention, health equity, and patient access. Specific applications include pneumonia post-discharge recovery support, annual wellness visit outreach, colorectal cancer screening, patient intake history, and appointment scheduling.

Our technology uses a new 4.1T+ parameter constellation architecture. This architecture, along with specialized support models, improves medical accuracy and safety. The Polaris LLM constellation handles real-time, multi-turn patient-AI healthcare conversations. Our models have been clinically validated, tested with over 7,000 US licensed clinicians over 500,000 test calls. Reported outcomes include a 20% higher pre-charting completion rate for MWV Intake, a 360% increase in team capacity for chronic care management, and a 30% reduction in readmission rates. We also see a 12x average ROI across different use cases.

We were founded in 2023 and have raised $404 million from investors like Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Kleiner Perkins, NVIDIA’s NVentures, Premji Invest, SV Angel, Capital G, and six health systems. We partner with KPMG for international expansion and client deployment. We also have a strategic partnership with the Nurses on Boards Coalition.
