About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage and scale a new recruiting pod. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, client ownership, and process improvement. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while helping shape how we do recruiting as a company.
This is a hybrid role based in Palermo, CABA. We work onsite 4 days per week (4x1).
About You
You are a senior recruiter who enjoys both execution and leadership. You are comfortable owning clients end-to-end, mentoring other recruiters, and working in fast-paced startup environments.
Must-haves
Advanced English skills (this is mandatory; candidates without this skill won’t be considered)
6+ years of experience in Recruiting, ideally in startups or high-growth environments
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Lead Recruiter or in a people-management role
Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the USD 80k–200k annual salary range
Experience managing, coaching, and guiding recruiting teams
Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.

What You Will Do
First Week
Receive your full setup: computer, tools, accounts, and access
Complete onboarding with the founder and senior team
Start sourcing candidates from day one for a designated client
Conduct shadow interviews and recruiter screenings to align with our standards
First Month
Own a portfolio of companies, sourcing, screening, and following up with candidates
Participate in core talent operations: interview coordination, candidate evaluation, client communication, and CRM/ATS management
Track and own clear metrics of success and improvement
First 3 Months
Fully own client relationships and manage day-to-day account operations
Master existing recruiting tools and proactively improve processes that impact the entire company
Deeply understand our recruiting philosophy and become an active, vocal contributor to how we operate and scale
