How will you contribute to Skroutz vision
We are looking for a Partners Success Manager to join our Partners Success team.
You will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with our merchants. You will be responsible for building trust, fostering open communication, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that we meet and exceed our partners’ needs. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and satisfaction of our merchant partners, and your insights will be valued in shaping future initiatives.
What you will be doing
Build, maintain and create strong relationships with Skroutz merchants
Strategic planning for partners’ growth on QoQ & YoY
Work with the internal teams dedicated to the same seller account to ensure open communication and that we meet client needs
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Meet all seller needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and growth meetings with sellers to ensure their ongoing success, satisfaction and adoption of available services
Thinking out of the box and providing Skroutz merchants with tailor made growth proposals and solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant field
3+ years of previous work experience in Partners Success Management/B2B Sales or similar role ideally in eCommerce environment
Fluency in Greek & English language
Familiarity with CRM software
Familiarity with Google suite
Familiarity with Reporting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Self-motivated, self-directed, tactful, creative and multitasker
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into action plan
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
