Job Description
We are looking for an SMB Partners Success Manager to join our Partners Success Team and support the growth and overall experience of our Tier 3 SMB partners. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of scalable SMB growth initiatives, ensuring a consistent and positive partner experience while supporting the adoption and effective use of Skroutz’s products and services. Working closely with both partners and internal stakeholders, you will leverage data, feedback and structured processes to deliver measurable impact, while helping translate insights into continuous improvements across our products and operations.
What you will be doing
Proactively and reactively engage in calls and discussions with SMB partners in the context of growth and experience related initiatives.
Conduct initial research and analysis of the SMB partner base to support targeted actions and initiatives
Identify growth opportunities, risks or patterns across the SMB partner base and escalate insights when needed
Analyze & segment partners base, based on behaviors, characteristics & interests
Regularly review partner-related requests or inputs and support the resolution of complex or escalated cases when required and ensuring partner satisfaction
Collaborate closely with Category Management, Product, Operations and other cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives
Capture partner feedback regarding their experience and translate it into actionable insights
Track performance metrics per initiative and report on progress
Act as the voice of SMB partners within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales
At least 1 year of experience in an account management or active sales roles
Excellent Office & Google suite skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Greek & English)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and ticketing systems is a plus
Basic data literacy and interest in working with reporting and performance metrics
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Team-player mindset with a collaborative approach
High sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
